Microbiological specification: Total plate count 10,000 CFU/g Max; yeast and molds 50 CFU/g Max; coliforms 30 CFU/g Max; Salmonella negative / 25 g; Staphylococcus aureus negative.

Contaminant specification: Lead 0.5 mg/kg Max; arsenic 0.5 mg/kg Max; mercury 0.1 mg/kg Max; cadmium 0.5 mg/kg Max; ochratoxin and aflatoxins negative under the applicable test methods.

Packaging and storage: Packaging is agreed with the customer. Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
